Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched in 1-4 business days.
Our dispatch facility operates from 9am-2pm Monday to Thursday. All orders are 'picked' fresh, sliced if needed and vacuum sealed for transit.
All postal orders are posted using Australia Post Express satchels
Local Pickup Orders to be collected from either store will be packed fresh on collection.
Tracking will be provided. In the case of someone not being able to take delivery of the parcel and the parcel being left unattended, Steyns Biltong and Jerky is no longer responsible. If the parcel is stolen or damaged it cannot be refunded/ replaced. We cannot guarantee that delivery drivers will follow delivery instructions, nor can we guarantee the area 'safe' to leave a parcel. We recommend providing a parcel delivery spot that it is out of the sun in the event you are not home to receive delivery.
If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to our facility our team will contact you to resolve the issue. If the parcel was returned due to an error in the address provided by the customer, there will be a reship fee charged.
